The All-Important Penis

In 2011, LASIS brought you the story of El’Jai Devoureau, a transgendered male who lost his job taking urine samples after he wouldn’t prove that he’d been born with a penis.
And now, via Law.com‘s Legal Blog Watch, we learn that in Sweden, a doctor, refusing to be conned by the latest gizmo used to pass drug tests, demands that all men’s urine samples come complete with an underpants check – to make sure there’s just one (real) one in there.
In the world of urine-samples at least, the penis really is king.
