Legal As She Is Spoke

New York Times columnist and book author Randy Cohen was on the Brian Lehrer Show yesterday talking about his stint as The Ethicist with The Grey Lady.  During the interview, he mentioned that many doctors wrote in with ethical dilemmas over the years —but few lawyers. (Make of that what you will, he said).

Maybe so, but that didn’t mean that the questions readers posed to The Ethicist lacked for thorny legal issues.
