Tipping the Scales of Justice…Again

As LASIS reported last year, it was not a good idea for a restaurant in New York to automatically charge an Indian and a Pakistani diner more because management believed that Pakistanis and Indians don’t tip well.
D’oh. This kind of behavior is discriminatory and obviously illegal. Right?
Not so obvious to folks in Burlington, Vermont, who are doing the very same thing.
